Joe Lifrieri is a visual artist from New Jersey that “does a ton of stuff with the internet”. He designed some very explicit splash pages for internet explorer users. The pages treat I.E. users as dumb internet compulsive cocksuckers dinosaur. Joe did this as a joke but received some offers some clients that wanted to really use them.
